My first post

Today I woke up and wanted to have a blog. I think it is a wonderful way to capture experiences and stay in touch with friends abroad. Most importantly it will be a place for me to write down what I saw, thought and did.
I am looking forward to an exciting tryout of my new life as a blogger - let's see how it goes!
